• Challenges: Limited space, as the entire property was filled by an underground carpark. Both commercial and residential neighbours had to be considered.
• How we overcame the challenges: We built respectful relationships with neighbours to use their space and to communicate our needs, as well as respecting theirs.
• Outcome/s for our client: Construction finished on time and within budget, with tenants moving in on completion.
