• Challenges: Water ingress into basement carpark due to high water levels of the adjacent creek. Difficult contractors also became a challenge in the finishing stages of the build. Client expectations to achieve pre-sales.
• How we overcame the challenges: Large industrial water pumps were used to remove water and the latest waterproofing technology enabled us to overcome the water issues. Regular meetings with the contractor and regular quality inspections helped achieve a high-level finish.  A display unit was completed before the rest of the building to facilitate inspections for potential buyers.
• Outcome/s for our client: For the majority of the building, pre-sales were achieved.
