Lio’s journey began as a Custom Residential and Commercial Builder from 2006 to 2015, where he managed contracts totalling $5,388,399. He later served as Company Director at TRH Construction Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2020, contributing to projects with a total value of $22,189,508.

Since June 2020, as the Company Director of Tellan Construction Pty Ltd, and now with Look Commercial Builders, he has successfully completed projects such as the 2023 Custom Build in Buderim with a contract value of $1,350,000 and the Silk Road Restaurant Fit-out in Buddina and many more custom builds.

Responsibilities and Skills

In his role as Company Director, Lio is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Look Commercial Builders’ construction projects. His responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Lio has honed his skills through extensive collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building abilities. His outstanding leadership and industry knowledge is key for Look Commercial Builders ongoing and future projects.
