• Challenges: Mixed use – This project involves limited storage areas and a large building envelope, making it difficult to maneuver and store materials on site. The site is located next to an operating orthodontist, which required us to be extremely mindful of noise and disruption while ensuring all services remained connected to allow their business to continue running smoothly.
• How we overcame the challenges: We overcame these challenges through careful planning and coordination, coupled with excellent communication to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
• Outcome/s for our client: The completed project will be a new orthodontist office with additional treatment rooms, significantly enhancing the business’s capacity and operational efficiency. The build also includes a modern café with cool décor and six luxurious residential units.
