• How we overcame the challenges: We addressed these issues through strategic planning and coordination, maintaining excellent communication to ensure smooth operations and minimise any impact on the clinic’s daily activities.
• Outcome for our client: The completed project features a new orthodontist’s office with expanded treatment rooms, enhancing the clinic’s capacity and operational efficiency. The development includes a modern café with stylish décor and six luxurious residential units, significantly enriching the property’s functionality and appeal.
